About Us

Deep Shukla & Associates (DSA) is a corporate practice firm based in the Western suburb of Mumbai providing Secretarial consultancy and Advisory Services since 2003. We endow with a wide range of services to our clients with the purpose of turning our expertise into value for the benefit of our clients.

Deep Shukla is a Commerce and Law graduate and is qualified Company Secretary. He has working experience of around 20 years and post qualification of around 14 years.

Over the last one and half decades, DSA has expanded in all spheres, not only through an improvement in its infrastructure and offices, but also by associating qualified Company Secretaries to its team.

DSA has developed a wide network and has developed a capacity to provide above services at any place and at any time.

DSA has got updated infrastructure and excellent working atmosphere and modern environment. DSA has developed excellent communication channels to cater the needs of the client. Office of DSA is situated in the western suburb of the Mumbai city and is easily approachable from western, central Mumbai. DSA is having well trained staff to cater to the needs of the clients. Staff includes apprenticeship, qualified assistants reporting to senior officers. DSA has developed the excellent training and practice modules for staff and clients.

DSA has successfully provided company law-related services to Listed Companies, Closely-Held Public Companies / Private Companies, Foreign Companies, LLPs etc.

DSA is associated as consultant/retainer with number of Reputed Listed Companies, Foreign Multinationals, Reputed Private Group of Companies and various Firms of Chartered Accountants numbering around 250+ clients.
